Hindustan Zinc Q3 Results are Out now and the stock crashed almost 4% after the Result announcements. Hindustan Zinc Total revenue from operations during the quarter was ₹ 8,614 Crores, up 18% YoY driven by higher zinc and silver prices and a strong dollar, marginally offset by lower metal and silver volumes and lead prices. It is up 4% QoQ.
Hindustan Zinc Profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹ 2,678 Crores, up 32% YoY and 15% QoQ in line with the higher EBITDA.
Hindustan Zinc Record mined metal production of 784 kt. Highest ever refined metal production of 783 kt. Mine metal production in the third quarter at 265 kt, up 3% QoQ.
