IREDA Q4 Results: Company Reported 502 Crore Net Profits

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) Q4 Results are out now. IREDA reported 501.79 Crores of Net Profits, which is 49% Higher than the last year’s result.

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) reported 1904 Crores of Income, which is also a 37% rise compared to last year’s income.

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) is a ‘Navratna’ Government of India Enterprise under the administrative control of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE).

Recently, Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has raised ₹910.37 crore through the issuance of Privately Placed Subordinated Tier-II Bonds for a 10-year tenor at an annual coupon rate of 7.74%.

Also Recently, IREDA has received a refund of ₹24.48 crores on March 19, 2025, from the Income Tax Department towards partial relief granted by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) for Assessment Year (AY) 2011-12, related to certain disallowances. Refund of approximately ₹195 crores is under process for similar relief provided by CIT (Appeals) for AYs 2010-11, 2012-13, 2013-14, and 2015- 16 to 2018-19, which is yet to be received.
