Motherson Sumi Wiring Q3 Results are out now. Motherson Sumi Wiring Reported 17% Y-O-Y Fall in Net Profit at 140 Crores in Q3 FY25. Company Reported Net Profit of 172 Crores in Q3 FY24.

Motherson Sumi Wiring Reported an Almost 9% Y-O-Y Increase in Revenue From Operations of 2300 Crores in Q3 FY25 against 2115 Crores in Q3 FY24.

Motherson Sumi Wiring will set up three Greenfields for new programs (EV/ICE) for Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra, and Tata Motors are in different stages of completion/ramp-up, for which certain costs are expensed upfront. The plants will come fully on stream in the ensuing quarters.

Mr. Vivek Chaand Sehgal, Chairman, of Motherson Sumi Wiring India Ltd., said, “These results are a testament to the resilience and dedication of our team, particularly given the upfront costs associated with establishing our greenfield plants. These investments support upcoming EV and ICE programs, reflecting our strategic vision for the future and commitment to our customers. Despite these investments, our profitability remains strong, and we continue to uphold our status as a debt-free company. I want to thank our employees for their hard work and to our customers and other stakeholders for their continuous and unwavering support.”

Management also said that “Motherson Sumi Wiring stays as a debt-free company”.
