In Recent Press Release Company Said “we wish to inform you that our shareholders at their 42nd Annual General Meeting held on 28th June, 2023 declared the payment of a dividend at Rs.0.70 per equity share (35%) on the 13,07,07,548 equity shares of Rs.2/- each, which will be disbursed to our shareholders within 30 days of their above said declaration.”
