Amrutanjan Buy Back News Came in Light. Board of directors of Amrutanjan Health Care Limited at its meeting held today, i.e. Friday, June 30, 2023 has considered and approved the Buy Back Proposal.
Amrutanjan Buy Back Price Set as 900 Rupees per Equity Share, payable in cash, for an aggregate amount not exceeding 28,80,00,000 Rupees, Buyback Offer Price shall not exceed 3,20,000 Equity Shares, representing 1.10% of the total number of Equity Shares in the total paid up equity capital of the Company.
Saffron Capital Advisors Private Limited, a SEBI Registered Merchant Banker, has been appointed as the Manager to the Buyback.
