ITC Q3 Results are out now. ITC Limited is involved in various sectors like FMCG, Agri Business, paperboard and packaging, and many other businesses.
ITC Segment Wise Revenue in Q3:
- FMCG – Cigarettes: 8945 Cr
- FMCG – Others: 5427 Cr
- Agri Business: 3626 Cr
- Paperboard and Packaging: 2145 Cr
- Others: 1121 Cr
FMCG – Others Segment Revenue up 4.0% YoY. Atta, Spices, Snacks, Frozen Snacks, Dairy, Premium Personal Wash, Homecare & Agarbatti drive growth. Notebooks impacted by high base effect and opportunistic play by local brands led by sharp drop in paper prices.
ITC Declared an Interim Dividend of 6.50 per Ordinary Share of f 1/- each for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2025; such Dividend will be paid between Thursday, 6 th March, 2025 and Saturday, 8 th March, 2025.

ITC has executed Definitive Agreements for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Ample Foods Private Limited [AFPL – along with Chao Chao Foods Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of AFPL] and Meat and Spice Private Limited.
