NSE is the biggest stock exchange in India. NSE IPO Will soon hit the market. NSE is the 5th Biggest stock exchange in the world with having $5,696,539.30 million market cap.

But before the IPO, many fund houses and individual players own NSE. LIC is the Single Largest Shareholder in NSE. Various Global and Indian financial institutions also hold a stake in NSE. Dmart Founder Radhakishan Damani also holds a stake in NSE.

NSE is one of the most profitable companies in India. In FY25, NSE Reported 12,188 Crores Profit which is 47% higher than FY24. The Company also reported 19,177 crores total consolidated revenue which is also 17% higher than the FY24.

In FY25, NSE also gave a 35 Rs Per Share Dividend.
