Adani Power Q1 Results
For the June quarter of FY26, Adani Power reported a 15.5% year-on-year drop in net profit, coming in at ₹3,305 crore compared to ₹3,913 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations also took a hit, falling 5.9% YoY to ₹14,167 crore, down from ₹15,052 crore.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) stood at ₹5,744 crore — lower than last year’s ₹6,290 crore. The dip was largely due to reduced revenue and higher costs from recent acquisitions. However, on a quarter-on-quarter basis, EBITDA rose 12.7%, showing some momentum building up.

Adani Power Stock Splits
In a move to make the stock more affordable and increase retail participation, Adani Power’s board has approved a stock split. Each existing share with a face value of ₹10 will now be split into five shares of ₹2 each.

Over the last two months alone, the company received more than $500 million, with $437 million coming in June 2025 and $75 million in July 2025.
